As you may/may not know, I'm graduating this year ... classes finish in 3 weeks actually. & I've finally decided what to do next year....

I'm going to take the year off & focus on improving my art and folio building.

Recently, I've been really distracted, there's always a uni deadline or some other commitment, and I never have enough time to focus on art. This makes me really discouraged and that's when the "zomg I suck and I should just give up" attitude kicks in. I've never had any time that is only for art. It's always been a thing I do on the side/in my own time... which is strange, considering my ultimate dream would be to work as an illustrator or concept artist.

Also on the agenda is attending the Illustration Academy [link] over summer (well, winter here). That would be all sorts of awesome. But, I still need to figure out the details for that.

In any case, there will be a lot of art next year. I'm really excited about this plan

In other, unrelated news: ZOMG Asassin's Creed 2 looks amazing. What part of playing an assassin in Renaissance Italy isn't awesome?! Yes I live under a rock & only realised its awesomeness a few weeks back XD But hey, at least I have the Black Edition [link] pre-ordered now. Ohh November 19th can't come quickly enough.

Okay back to uni work now. Deadlines are looming & I'm really behind, as usual.
